Fall Festival & Chili Cookoff, October 26, 12-4pm

Chili judging will take place at 11:30am. Please be set up and ready for judging by 11:15am. Westminster will provide a table, bowls, spoons, and crackers for the judges to eat between stations. If you would like to serve your chili with other condiments or sides, please provide them (no alcohol please).
The Fall Fest opens at 12pm, and tickets will be sold for $5 all-you-can-eat chili, so please provide enough chili to feed 15-20 people.

Men's Golf Outing, October 12, 8:30am
Join Us for the WPC Men's 2024 Golf Event!
We're excited to announce a new venue and a more convenient start time for this year's golf event. Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 12th, 2024, at 8:30am at the beautiful Lakemont Course at Stone Mountain Golf Course. Whether you're an avid golfer or new to the sport, we welcome all skill levels. The event will feature a "Bogey or Better" 4-man scramble format, ensuring fun for everyone. The cost is $50 per person (plus tax), which includes golf, cart, parking, and a buffet lunch afterward to enjoy fellowship.
Please let us know if you plan on attending by filling out the Google form here. We need the final list by September 28. If you need to rent clubs, please inform us in advance; rentals are available for $75. Note that the golf course has a dress code: collared shirts, no t-shirts, flip-flops, gym shorts, or jeans. Feel free to wear khaki shorts and a collared shirt.
Men's Retreat, November 15-16
Join Us for the 2024 Men's Retreat!
We invite you to our 2024 Men's Retreat, a time of fellowship and spiritual encouragement, held at Camp Westminster in Conyers, GA, November 15-16. Our special speaker, Clif Daniell, Pastor of Cherokee PCA, will deliver talks on Friday night and Saturday morning. Arrive by 6pm on Friday for dinner and stay overnight. We will enjoy breakfast Saturday morning and the retreat will conclude by 11:30am on Saturday.
Pastor Daniell hails from middle Georgia and holds degrees from Georgia Southern University, Reformed Theological Seminary Atlanta, and Westminster Theological Seminary. Pastor Daniell, along with his wife Melody, has one son and three daughters.
Attendance is free, but a $60 contribution is appreciated. Donate via check on Sunday (note “Men’s Retreat”) or through Breeze, selecting “Other – Non-tax deductible” with “Men’s Retreat” in comments. We'll stay at Morningside Cabins (8 cabins, sleeps 13 each, bathhouse nearby). Bring pillow, twin bed linens, soap, shampoo, towel, earplugs.

Women's Flower Arranging Workshop, November 9, 10:00am
Demonstrations and instruction provided by Holly Holton and Cheryl LeBlanc. All supplies will be provided, and each participant will create a floral display to take home.
Light refreshments and nursery provided.
To insure we have adequate supplies, registration is required for this event. Registration deadline is October 26. Please note, this event is limited to 50 participants.
Cost & Registration:
- $15/person. Cost includes vase, flowers, and floral shears.

Youth & Children's Events
Youth Retreat, November 8-10
- Fellowship, teaching, lodging, meals, and plenty of camp fun included!
- The cost is $150/youth, $250 family max. Click here to register and pay.
- We never want financial barriers to prevent a youth from attending. Email Elyse (e.krawtz@wmpca.org) with assistance inquiries.
- Contribute financially to this retreat by going to Breeze and designating gifts to Youth Group Scholarship.
